WWQ & PCA 2013 Conference Vendor Letter

We are anticipating another great year for our 450 members and 43rd annual conference, We are very grateful to the 34 vendors that attended last year and look forward to seeing you again!

If you have not had the opportunity to attend our conference in the past we would like to extend our invitation to you to come and show your products to the Wyoming decision makers that actually use your products.

We have created a "Vendor Round Robin" activity for the sole purpose of getting you in touch with the people who are interested in researching your products in a way most conferences have over looked. You show case your wares and the attendees get certification credit hours for researching your products. We have found this to be a great way for the vendors to get more one on one interaction with the people who are truly interested in your products.

This will be the third years we have hosted this activity and the feedback has been very positive from both the vendors and conference attendees.

Time is flying by and spaces are going fast. We would like to thank those of you who are already registered for this year’s conference and encourage those of you who have not yet registered to check us out and see how the WWQ & PCA can help you to connect with customers across Wyoming in one convenient location. We will have water, wastewater, collection, distribution, drillers and pump installers attending to receive credit hours towards their certification licenses. We have operators attending from Afton to Yoder!!

We anticipate that Nebraska, Utah and Montana Well drillers will be once again attending our conference for their certification along with Wyoming Well Driller and Pump Installers!

The  2013 Annual Education Conference is October 21 - 25, 2013
.

We will again be hosting a "Poker Run" Tuesday night for all who attend the conference. All vendors are invited to be the dealers and the operator with the best hand will win first choice of vendor supplied prizes! If you wish to participate in the poker run, please let us know and we will ensure you are recognized for you participation!

We understand the importance of highlighting your business to the attendees of this conference. Therefore the operators are invited to view the vendor display area for the following events each day.

All breaks will be 30 minutes in duration with refreshments served in the vendor display area. 10 minute breaks will occur sporadically during class sessions. Lunch will be served from 12:00 to 1:00 daily near the vendor display area. These activities will ensure maximum exposure to all conference attendees.

The Meet and Greet will occur on Tuesday night in conjunction with the poker run

The Banquet and Cocktail hour on Wednesday night

Please note that all vendor booths need to be broken down by 8:00 a.m. on Friday.

We are always in need of new instructors to teach at the conference. If you would like to present at the conference as an  instructor, please contact Jason Palmer jpalmer@cityofgreenriver.org, Ron Macioszek bozonoodles@gmail.com, Zulima Lopez  zlopez@cityofcasper.com.  They will be happy to work with you.
